Position&Salary Structure
1.Pharmacist- Fresher
Salary : Rs.15,000 - Rs.18,000 per month
2.Pharmacist- 2 to 3 years Experience
Salary :Rs.20,000 - Rs.23,000 per month
3.Pharmacy Manager- 5+ years Experience
Salary :Rs.30,000 per month and above(based on experience and expertise)
Eligible Criteria:
D.pharm/B.pharm (Mandatory)
Valid State Pharmacy Council Registration
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional ethics and commitment to patient safety
Key Responsibilities:
1.Accurate dispensing of medications as per prescription
2.Reviewing prescriptions for appropriateness,dosage and interactions
3.Providing medication counseling and guidance to patients
4.Maintaining inventory control and stock monitoring
5.Ensuring proper storage and handling of medicines
6.Maintaining records in compliance with regulatory standards
7.Adhering to hospital policies and quality protocols
